Japanese Customer Support Specialist

Global Interactive Services, Inc. (GIS), an E-Commerce Support Services Corporation for the online industry, is currently seeking a Part-time Japanese Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our downtown Montreal office. The qualified candidate will have 1-5 years of customer service related experience, a college diploma or bachelor's degree, computer proficiency, and possess excellent English communication skills as well as native fluency in Japanese. This person will be responsible for providing online support and respond to our client’s emails, possess a full understanding of Japanese culture and language, complete translations as needed, and ensure client satisfaction.
