Executive Leadership Opportunity

The Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) is seeking a Director General to provide strategic leadership as it embarks upon a multi-year development plan. Reporting to the Board and volunteer President, the Director General will lead the development of a multi- year, strategic plan, be the principal advisor to senior volunteers, act as the QCGN spokesperson, and build a dynamic staff team.

As a potential candidate, you are results-oriented, strategic and politically astute. You ideally come from a community development or institutional setting, and have significant experience leading organizations In complex environments. You are fluently bilingual, with a proven track record in securing support from key stakeholders. Recognized for your analytical ability and sound judgment, you possess a university degree with ten years of senior leadership and management experience. You have a constructive, approachable style that commands respect from staff, volunteers and stakeholders.
