Front of House for Cluny Artbar
Busy café in an art centre in Old Montréal looking for front-of-the-house person to do coffees, counter-service, cash and food-arranging. ~09-17h days, Mon. to Fri.(fulltime only). BILINGUAL.This is a position for a dynamic self-organised people-person who thrives on hustle and bustle.
Other duties include: hosting, barrista, dessert prep, light cleaning, organising, restocking, and counter-office jobs. In all these jobs it is essential that we find someone who is very organised and meticulously tidy because you are in the public eye all the time.
The staff team is great, and the atmosphere is artistic, sunny and lively. You should be comfortable in a serious food-centric environment. For now, you start the day doing prep and coffees in the morning, there is a very busy but short lunch, and then you would do afternoon service and closing until about 16/17h00.
Post is being filled this week so COME BY (pls don't 'phone), any day this week after 13h00, ask for Patrick or Adrian.
