Personal Assistant

This posting is for a full time (35-40hrs a week) position in Montreal.
Thirsty Muse is a Vancouver based company dedicated to providing Personal Assistance Services to members across Canada. Similar to a concierge service, we offer a wide range of very detailed and top quality services from research to errand running.
Your primary responsibility is to provide a high standard of quality service and communications to our executive members; doing so by being proactively thoughtful, caring and with the mentality of being 100% helpful.

You will spend most of your time conducting internet research and running errands. Many of these are very unique and individualized requests that need to be approached with the attitude that nothing is out of our reach to complete. With research, you will compile what you have gathered in a reader friendly format and communicate it to members via email or phone. All the while always looking for other things you can help them with. Responsibilities also include running errands throughout the Montreal area and offering a helping hand when needed. It is a rewarding job if you truly enjoy helping people, embrace change, and thrive on diversity.

This is a customer service based position that requires you to always be thinking out side of the box. You must be detailed oriented, highly organized and possess strong time management and PC capabilities. Your communication skills should be above average in all forms; verbally both in person and on the phone, as well as professionalism and clarity in email communications.

The following are required for the position:
- Biligual (French/English)
- Own Reliable Vehicle and have a valid Drivers License
- Flexibility - Positive Attitude
- Home Office & High Speed Internet(PC, printer, MS Office,)
- Strong Computer Skills
- MS Office experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Internet Savvy
- Internet Research Skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
– Creative and Innovative
- Work well under pressure and able to handle demanding clientele
- Bondable
- Willing to do a Criminal Background Check (reimbursed after employed)
- Willing to get a drivers abstract (reimbursed after employed)
